Also, it's very much overpriced (now 75dollars)! I'd gladly pay for a better option and have waited in vain for 6-7 year. Why MediaMonkey and JRivers are *still* the only two players that can handle a large library without crashing...after 6-7 years of waiting ...I have no idea.

It’s bloatware and basic functions like “fade to sleep”, “tagging” and the “rate by more than 5 stars” don’t work. Development seems to have stalled because it’s so bloated and badly written that going back into the code to fix these issues will cause a cascade of bugs and more coding issues. Plus, the skins are ugly as sin and the “support” you get when asking a question on their Web 1.0 “Interact” forum is “code it yourself” or “read the wiki” (which will teach you to code through a week-long process that gets you nowhere and they know it otherwise they’d have fixed it themselves!)

Crashes all the time. You can just resteart app to start working again but restart Mac in hope that it will work. UNBELIVABLE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Piece of shit. So many problems I gave up resolving them. On Windows 10 constant problems with every 5th application. For example, no sound on Steam or Tidal after using JRiver. Both should sue them btw. Pekotski

А sound in this player is bass, boomy, not clean. Apparently the developer himself has such a musical taste. I don't like that sound. I removed this player from my computer right after testing the sound. Not a bad sound is given by another free player Clementine. I use it.
